My Blook Type restaurant in Singapore
On my recent trip to Singapore, I came a across a few sights that I didn’t really know what to make of. Perhaps the most intriguing was the My Blood Type restaurant, in the Raffles Place area. Based on the books of Dr. Peter J. D’Adamo, the restaurant promotes the idea that our health depends on eating the right foods, and which foods are "right" for us depends on our blood type. Everything sold in the restaurants is organically grown and unprocessed.
There are four different menus on offer at the restaurant, depending on your blood type. The restaurant seems to offer some testing if you don’t know your type. I didn’t have a chance to try it, but reviews seem to be rather good.
Another interesting concept is the "florist" café, a flower shop that serves coffee and teas, spotted at Vivo City.
