Even if you haven’t visited Angkor Wat, chances are you’ve seen some of John McDermott’s evocative black and white photographs of the monuments. Dubbed the "Ansel Adams of Angkor" by the New York Times, McDermott’s work has become synonymous with the world heritage site.

Now, McDermott has collected 100 of his images created over the last 14 years into a new book, titled Elegy: Reflections on Angkor. The book is available for a special pre-release price of US$60 through the photographer’s web site. Art prints of selected images are also available.
